fuyue offers free shipping on all orders for customers in Taiwan, with no minimum purchase required. Additionally, no extra payment or logistics handling fees will be charged.

• Shipping Information

  • Orders will be dispatched within approximately 5 working days after the order date (excluding the order placement day itself and national holidays). Dispatch and delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 12:00 – 17:00.

  • Dispatch may be delayed during holidays, peak promotional periods, or due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).

  • If you choose [Home Delivery]: The actual delivery schedule depends on the courier's route planning.

  • If you choose [Convenience Store]: Please keep an eye out for the arrival SMS notification and pick up your package within 7 days. Unjustified failure to collect your order will result in the customer bearing the loss of shipping costs.

  • If you need to receive your items sooner, you can opt for the Post Office EMS International Express service. Please contact us at (hello@pou.tw).

  • If you receive a defective item, please send photos to our customer service within 10 days. Once it is determined to be a non-human defect, the refund will be directly converted into "Member Store Credit" for your next purchase.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
